Return & Exchange Policy

No cancellation is allowed once your order is placed.

We do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds in the event that you change your mind. 

Earrings

All earrings sold are not allowed to be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene purposes.

As the earrings are all made by hand, some pieces may not be perfect and may have some small bumps or dents. These are not considered defects. 

If you have received the wrong item or part of it are broken (studs/hooks broken), do contact us via email: allesliebelola@gmail.cmom within 3 days of receiving it.
